  • 2D artwork or 3D file to moulded figure
  • Brand mascots, original characters, licensed characters (with proof of licence)
  • NDA before artwork review
  • Mould kept exclusive to your project
  • 200–50,000 pcs per order

Where we stop

  • Unlicensed derivative work of characters owned by someone else
  • Hard plastic or vinyl figures (we do silicone and PVC only)
  • Factory-level certificates — we arrange third-party testing per order instead

Process and material

NDA first, then artwork

We sign before we see anything — style guide, unreleased character, launch date. We will sign your template or send ours. Nobody outside the project team gets access to the files.

2D to 3D

Your flat views become a printable 3D model in 3–5 days. You approve the model before steel is cut, because that is the last cheap moment to change a proportion.

Mould exclusive to you

Your mould is never used for another customer. It is stored free for two years, and if you move on we will return or destroy it on written instruction. Samples and overruns are counted and do not enter our showroom.

Questions buyers ask about silicone ip characters

Will you sign an NDA before I share my character?

Yes — before, not after. We sign your template or send ours. No style guide, design file or launch date is reviewed until it is signed by both sides.

I only have a flat drawing. Can you still do it?

Yes. We model from front, side and back views in 3–5 days, with one round of revisions included. A 3D file shortens this to about two days.

Who owns the mould?

You do, once the tooling fee is paid. We store it free for two years and will not run it for anyone else.

Can you produce a licensed character?

Only if you are the rights holder or a licensed party who can show authorisation. We do not produce unlicensed copies of third-party characters — that is a hard rule, not a negotiation.

Will my character appear on your website?

Not without written permission. Licensed samples stay out of our showroom and off this site by default.
